On the bright side

My body is filled
With the heat from the South
And my soul… oh my soul
It’s just a matter of seconds
Before it starts flying away
The bright colours of the nature
The intense fragrance of the flowers
The tenderness of the leaves
All my senses are awake
And I thank the universe
For bringing me
To the bright side of life.
